From my position as Director and partner of ETA Electro SA I began to worry, at a certain point in the company’s history, about what needed to be done to consolidate the very strong commercial growth that the family company had experienced. This concern was mainly aimed at two aspects: on the one hand, the recovery of quality of life lost by the family’s management members in the path of growth, and on the other hand, to give sustainability in the future to what had already been achieved, since the driving scheme seemed to have remained small and fragile compared to the size and the new challenges that the organization had acquired.
It was in the midst of these concerns that a friend told me about David Brojt, and I must say, without any fear of exaggeration, that his advice was the backbone of the solution to such a difficult bottleneck. David not only contributed to our desire to change with his solid professional knowledge and extensive experience in management, business administration and coaching in general, but also put at our disposal all his honesty, sensitivity, commitment and dedication from the human point of view, facing with remarkable ability the many and sometimes very complex personal and organizational obstacles in a process like the one that we had to go through, of great depth and relevance.
